Our experience with Cardinal was beyond our highest expectations. The care and consideration by the staff was exceptional. We could not have asked for anything more and, in fact, they often anticipated our needs with my mother in law before we even knew what we needed. They guided us through an extremely difficult time and my wife was often brought to tears by their kindness. We cannot recommend them enough.

My Mom has had this service since May 2025. The owners are professional & ALWAYS on top of everything. Jackie is an asset to our service because my Mom has an infection & wound dressing changes are essential.

We recently had to transition my mom into hospice care, which meant saying goodbye to the wonderful team from Cardinal Home Care Services. I just wanted to share how grateful our family is for the compassion, professionalism, and kindness they showed during such a tender time. Their caregivers treated my mom with dignity and genuine care, and it gave our family so much peace knowing she was in good hands.

Our family truly appreciate the care that Karen has shown our mother. Our mom is 94 years old. She is very lucky to be able to live independently, but as life goes on she has become tired of cooking her meals and keeping her house as orderly as it has been in the past years. Although Karen has only been her caregiver a short time, she has proven to be more of a friend than caregiver. She goes above all expectations in tidying the house, doing laundry, and general cleaning services. Karen makes delicious meals in mom’s kitchen as well as sharing her own home-cooking with mom. Karen makes my mom feel comfortable and safe. Mom really appreciates all that Karen has does for her.
